Experience Checks

Post by Cearnach » Wed May 27, 2020 1:18 pm

Gms will alert players in their PFs when they may add a check reminder to their skills. Players are encouraged to nominate other players for experience checks when something truly awesome/amazing occurs by flagging the post in which that occurs. The gm staff will then check up and make a decision.

The "Winter Phase" will occur at the end of the game; players will be able to make their experience checks in their personal forums then. If we decide to make this a campaign instead of a one-off, players will be permitted to reprise their characters if they wish.
Gm * Man of Angles * Sionnach * Scealai *

Every phrase and every sentence is an end and a beginning,/Every poem an epitaph. And any action/Is a step to the block, to the fire, down the sea's throat/Or to an illegible stone: and that is where we start.
We die with the dying:/See, they depart, and we go with them./We are born with the dead:/See, they return, and bring us with them./The moment of the rose and the moment of the yew-tree/Are of equal duration. A people without history/Is not redeemed from time, for history is a pattern/Of timeless moments. So, while the light fails/On a winter's afternoon, in a secluded chapel/History is now and England

Please note that Critical Successes guarantee an Experience check for that skill during Postgame.
