Discussion of modifiers to rolls in non-event threads are up to players. Gms will adjudicate disputes, but our guide is to rule in favor of the person who engaged in good faith and with the greatest civility. In situations with poor civility, no modifiers will be permitted. Remember, the goal is to have fun. Treat each other kindly.
Modifiers in event threads will be strictly enumerated in the event descriptions. Extra modifiers will not be entertained under any circumstances. If it ain't on your sheet or in the event proper, do not ask.
